The Apache Software Foundation (ASF) filed its most recent annual return with the IRS on Form 990 for the fiscal year ended in 2007. For the fiscal years ended in 2004 and 2005, we were not required to file an annual return with the IRS because our annual gross receipts were normally less than $25,000.
